Protecting Your Legacy And Loved Ones

Estate planning encompasses so much more than just creating a will. It can affect every stage of our lives, from new parents creating wills and choosing guardians for their children to older adults ensuring that their estates will pass to their heirs and beneficiaries. Trust In Our Attorneys’ Experience, Knowledge And Compassion

Before starting her own firm, Joy Riddell worked with reputable large and small firms, earned a Master of Law in taxation, and worked at a large accounting firm in Boston and in the tax department of a well-known firm in New Hampshire. Today, she uses that knowledge to assist many clients with simple and complex tax and financial issues in estate plans and with long-term care planning for elders. She cares about creating long-term solutions that protect her clients, their families and their businesses.

Before Stacey Shaheen Bellabona began working as of counsel with Riddell Law, PLLC, she practiced for 10 years in family law, prenuptial agreements, guardianships and estate planning. Her experience and knowledge of how these areas of law work together is invaluable, as are her philanthropic efforts in many areas.

Together, we are a team that strives to help families of all kinds, individuals, business owners, and vulnerable children and adults. We are proud of the work we do for the people of New Hampshire. Keeping abreast of changes in the law is a top priority, as is collaborating with client advisors to create comprehensive estate plans and long-term care plans.
